Our office accepts a variety of HMOs, PPOs, and other health plans. Please
call our office to verify acceptance of your insurance carrier. We accept the following insurances: Regence Blue Shield, Premera Blue Cross, Aetna, First Choice, First Health, United Healthcare, Pacificare, Uniform Medical, Cigna, and Medicare.
Payment Options
Generally co-payments and balences are due at the time of your visit. You can speak to our billing department to make payment arrangements. For cash patients, we offer a 20% discount total billing charges.
